Terms & Conditions

• Rates may be subject to change, however, rates for confirmed bookings will be honoured.
• Prices include VAT at applicable rate.
• All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR)
• Blue Giraffe SA reserves the right to use a different vehicle due to availability.
• Passengers are permitted 1 x large suitcase and 1 x cabin bag per person due to vehicle size.
• All transfer rates are quoted on a one-way basis unless otherwise stated.
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of proof of payment.
• Bottled mineral water is included in all tours & transfers.
• Identity documents/passports are required for entry to Kruger National Park.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Blue Giraffe SA is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
• Blue Giraffe SA is not liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, damages, delays, or expenses incurred during the tour/transfer or safari.
• Passengers are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
• The content, including text, images, and logos, on the Blue Giraffe SA website, social media and promotional materials is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent from Blue Giraffe SA.
• Passengers are responsible for notifying Blue Giraffe SA of any specific dietary restrictions, allergies, or mobility issues at the time of booking.
• Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during the tour/transfer. Disruptive, offensive, or unlawful behaviour will not be tolerated.

Please note that all Excursions/Transfers/Tours/Safaris are subject to availability

Cancellation Policy:

• 8 - 14 Days prior to Tour/Transfer = 50% of invoice value (less 5% admin fee)
• 0 - 7 Days prior to Tour/Transfer = 100% of invoice value
• No shows = 100% of invoice value
